Pros & Cons
- The scientifically developed padding makes this one of the most comfortable saddles currently available.
- The carbon saddle shell and titanium rails ensure low weight and super high stiffness.
- The use of titanium rails makes this saddle heavier than saddles with carbon rails.
- This medium-hard saddle is suitable for those who ride 1-2 times a week. If you ride less frequently, you need a softer saddle that offers more comfort. If you ride more frequently, you need a harder saddle that offers more support.

Description
Description
The saddle top consists of extra stiff microfibre material. Even when it’s raining, you're assured of good grip on your saddle.
The padding of this saddle is the result of years of scientific experiments. The bottom layer is made of Orthopedic AirCell Foam, which is very comfortable and adjusts its shape to your body. Resting on top of this frame are OrthoCell pads, which support the body parts experiencing the most pressure.
The shell of this saddle is made of carbon to reduce weight and increase stiffness. This stiff shell, plus the titanium rails, ensures that all energy used for pedaling is converted to speed. All this, naturally, without compromising on comfort!
Saddle shape
This saddle has a flat rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who remain stationary in their saddle while riding and whose hips do not move from side to side at all. For these riders the flat shape provides more support than a round saddle would.
Flexibility
This is a semi-flat saddle, meaning that the saddle is flat at the front and slightly raised at the back. The shape makes it particularly suitable for riders with a moderate degree of flexibility in their spine. This has to do with how easily these riders can rotate their pelvis: they may need some extra support when cycling upright, but can manage on their own when riding in the drops.
Cut-out
This saddle has a cut-out to alleviate pressure for those who often experience discomfort or pressure to their soft tissue areas.

My expectations came true after the first ride.
Both short and long distance a good saddle. It gives a good feeling with the mountain bike with an active cycling style.

So satisfied that I bought a second one
To avoid always having to switch between my bike on the Kickr and the mountain bike I bought a second one, that may say enough ;)

Fine saddle, likes it well.
I like the Ergon saddle it's not too slippery so you don't slide around unnecessarily. It is also nice that the saddle is available in several sizes as not everyone is the same. I also like the hardness of the saddle. I have now done several bike rides of several hours in a row and haven't had any problems. Previously I had a full carbon saddle which broke off at the carbon rail during a ride I have now opted for the Ergon with titanium rails as this is stronger in my opinion. The difference in weight between carbon and the Ergon with titanium rails is minimal in my opinion and I find it negligible. All in all, a fine saddle.
